Position of the Project on the initial Tour Map

Hi all,
I have a project with 2'500 panoramas from the Norwegian coast. If I start Pano2VR than the project is shown on the Tour Map somewhere in Northwestern Canada. If I zoom in one step it jumps to the correct position. If I zoom out a step it jumps again to the wrong place.
