Pano2vr 6B4 linux skins break the build

Post by enertiv » Thu Oct 11, 2018 11:53 pm

I tried to add one of the default skins to my project and when I built the tour, I was faced with a black screen. Looking at the console I found:

I happened to be working on this on a Mac where it worked fine. I copied the

Code: Select all

pano2vr_player.js
file from the mac output to the linux output folder and it worked...

Is the version in the linux resources out of date or something?

Here are the two pano2vr_player.js files.

pano2vr_player.js (from the mac build) (232K)

Code: Select all

//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
// Pano2VR 6.0 beta4/17095 HTML5/CSS3 & WebGL Panorama Player       //
// License 'Enertiv'                                        //
// (c) 2018, Garden Gnome Software, http://ggnome.com               //
//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

var G="function"==typeof Object.defineProperties?Object.defineProperty:function(n,e,g){n!=Array.prototype&&n!=Object.prototype&&(n[e]=g.value)},N="undefined"!=typeof window&&window===this?this:"undefined"!=typeof global&&null!=global?global:this;function O(n,e){if(e){var g=N;n=n.split(".");for(var c=0;c<n.length-1;c++){var b=n[c];b in g||(g[b]={});g=g[b]}n=n[n.length-1];c=g[n];e=e(c);e!=c&&null!=e&&G(g,n,{configurable:!0,writable:!0,value:e})}}var P;
...
pano2vr_player.js (from the linux buld) (167K)

Code: Select all

//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
// Pano2VR 6.0 beta4/17095 HTML5/CSS3 & WebGL Panorama Player       //
// License 'Enertiv'                                        //
// (c) 2018, Garden Gnome Software, http://ggnome.com               //
//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

var h=function(){function e(a,b){this.x=a;this.y=b}e.prototype.Ka=function(a,b){this.x=a;this.y=b};e.prototype.hc=function(a,b,c){var d=b.y-a.y;this.x=a.x+(b.x-a.x)*c;this.y=a.y+d*c};e.prototype.ri=function(a,b,c,d,g){var n;n=new e;n.hc(a,c,g);a=new e;a.hc(c,d,g);c=new e;c.hc(d,b,g);b=new e;b.hc(n,a,g);n=new e;n.hc(a,c,g);a=new e;a.hc(b,n,g);this.x=a.x;this.y=a.y};e.prototype.si=function(a,b,c,d,g){var n=new e,f=.5,k=.25;do{n.ri(a,b,c,d,f);var m=n.x-g,f=0<m?f-k:f+k,k=k/2}while(.01<Math.abs(m));this.x=
...
As far as I can tell the version numbers are the same but clearly the files are different. Not sure why this would happen. I'm not sure where this file is generated as I cannot find the source of it in the pano2vr resources.

Hi,
The players should be the same!
I have asked Thomas to look into it but for now please use the Mac player.

Hi,
The issue will be corrected in the next update, right now I can not say when that will be.
I am hoping in the next couple of weeks but this depends on a new feature that will be in the next beta.

Hopki
