Yes, my client is having problems with Documents running on iPads as well.

They are presenting tomorrow and have to have a way of viewing Panos on iPads "Offline" (not via any internet or WiFi link).

Any more ideas ? (as I really know next to nothing about Apple products).

I have an iPad Air 2 I can test on too, if you can send me a copy of the tour.

This is not easy with 70KB/s and 2,3 GB.

Have you removed Documents and reinstalled it? Is it a really big tour?

No, not yet. The tour has 48 panoramas.

What version iOS are you running and how much available space do you have on the iPad

I have version 11.0.3 (15A432).

I am using 37,8 GB of 64 GB.
