We are using Google Chrome version version 42.0.2311.90 This version of Chrome is HTML5 content aware and will display the panorama.
What version of Pano2vr are you using ?
What Web browser and version are you using ??? Please your browser NAME AND VERSION
Please tell me WHAT function is not working for you
Looked at all 3. ZOOM in and out WORKS OK

This talan2/finalvol2.html version is still using mobile settings.
Remove the mobile settings and enable multiresolution.
The server is slow and takes time to download all your different images.
You have some invisible skin elements that are interfering with interacting with the panorama. Mostly noticed this around the map. Make sure the image is cropped to just the image. Have it hidden on startup.
Responsive design that changes what and how GUI elements are shown based on the size of the screen is coming, but for now you should develop the Skin UI for the smallest screen that you want to support.

When I try to view some of the missing images on Firefox I get an error.

The image cannot be displayed because it contains errors.
It does display for me in Chrome.
@ 7000 X 9917 pixels it is not going to display well on many mobile devices. That will take a lot memory to display regardless of the compression used to make the file size small.
