Pano2vr can transform equirectangular panorama to mirror ball.
By changing Pan and Tilt parameters it’s possible to produce sequence of images for Object2VR.
To manually make this for example with 10 degrees step we have 36 columns by 36 rows = 1296 images ...

Maybe next generation of Pano2VR will realize such task automatically?
