Hi once more,

a new problem: when I output my project the filenames in /media get corrupted and contain a question mark symbol where a German Umlaut like ä, ö, ü should be. Did I mess up some encoding preference?

Hello Roland,
Can you show us an example of a file name and say where the media is being used?
For example, is it a pinned video or pinned image.
Sound added in the viewer or skin?
Please can you add as much detail as possible.
What would be better is to send us a Support Package, if you do not want to post it in the forum, please send it to support, email link below.
Go to the Help menu, select Create Support Package and in the options, as well as the default checkboxes, select under the Panorama Elements select the type of media it is.
The support Package will then include the media.

Hi Hopki,
sorry for the lousy problem description. I just sent a Support Package via mail. The problem occurs with pinned images that contain special German characters in their filenames like ä in this case. In the project's media folder everything looks normal but after generating the output the files in /output/media have their names corrupted like in the attachment

Locally the browser doesn't even have a problem with this but when I upload the package to the Wordpress plugin, the respective files are not displayed in the panorama.
