Setting up an API key - Completely lost...

Hi all,

I've been uploading to Street View for years, not a huge amount of content, but maybe 5 street view tours a year. I'm having increasing issues where the panos upload, but they just don't connect on Street View. So I thought this may be because of not adding an API into Pano2vr, so a few years ago I created an API and it seemed to work.

I've now updated to Pano2vr V7, so thought it about time to get an API so it all works as it should. However, I'm completely lost. The help video is now out-dated and I'm struggling to follow.

I only want the Street View API, as I don't use Google maps within other tour types, is there a really simple guide out there, using updated Google Console videos or images, that I can follow?

Also, as I don't upload a lot of SV content, can I get away with not adding an PI?

OK, I'm getting somewhere. As I only use the SV upload, I've just added the APIs for that, but I have the following selected APIs -

Geocoding API
Maps JavaScript API
Places API
Street View Static API
Places API (New)
Street View Publish API

Is this OK? Places API is listed twice, one with the {new) suffix, so not sure if both of these are needed?

If you've updated to the latest version of Pano2VR, you only need the new places API: Places API (New), not both.
