Hello. I haven't uploaded panoramas to Google Maps for a long time, but yesterday I encountered the same issue: "The image is not a 360 photo." I started switching accounts, and on one of the three accounts, the photos uploaded successfully. I also noticed that if you go to Google Maps directly, without using Pano2VR, and try to upload/add a photo from the account that gives the error, it won't work either. Try uploading a photo from the account that shows the error, but directly, without Pano2VR, and share your observations/results. In my case, the photo starts uploading, but then the upload window disappears, and the photo doesn't get uploaded in the end.
Windows 11 22H2, Pano2vr 7.1.9 64bit, Object2vr pro 3.1.10 64bit, Object2vr4.0beta 64bit
Yes, uploading directly to Google works with the account that gives the error in Pano2VR.studio360.com.ua wrote: Wed Apr 23, 2025 8:51 am Hello. Hi studio360.com.ua,
Different people are getting slightly different results.
For example here in the UK, all of my accounts work without issue.
Some report that maybe one out of five accounts work while others say none of theirs work.
We did have one customer recently stating that an account that did not work now does, so looks like things are getting better.
This is why we advise you to make projects for both Local Output and Street View so at least your customer has something if Street View goes down.
See this webinar we did covering this: LINK

Hello Murata,
We have reported that for some customers the "not a 360 photo" issue is no longer a problem.
Have you tried the normal way of just building a tour and uploading as normal?
