Hi,
I have recently been experiencing the following error when uploading to Google Street View. I have tried all sorts of things, e.g. pictures from other tours that worked or changing the exif data. It does not work on the Mac or on the PC (Pano2VR 7.1.9). Here is the error message from Google:
{

Hi tdee,
Been thinking about this.
Were you logged into your Street View account when you updated Pano2VR to 7.1.9?
Try logging out of your account/Revoke Access.
Then log back in again.
When logging in make sure you see the check box and select to allow Pano2VR to edit your 360 images.
If it still not working, can you send a few of your panoramas that say they are not 360 to us to have a look at, please?
Regards,

Hi Hopki,
thank you very much for your fast response
I don’t know if I was logged in when updating, but since some time I have to log in every time I start Pano2VR. Thats not the case anymore now and the Google login window looks different than before.
I logged out and in again as you mentioned. That did not help. I don’t think it has to do with the image file as I tried to upload other images that worked before. I also opened older tours that are already online and tried to upload images again, that did not work either. So it seems I can’t upload any images anymore, no matter if Mac or Windows. But if you like, I can send you one of the images.
Thanks a lot for your help! Regards
Lothar

Hi Lothar,
Yes, please send your panorama.
Also information on the camera that captured the image and any software used in processing.

Okay, I think I've found the reason for the problem. Obviously it is related to my Google account. I always get the error message for every image in the tour and nothing is uploaded. If I use another account, the message "This tour has already been uploaded with a different account" appears first, then I press ignore and everything uploads fine.
Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be? Hopki, thank you very much for your great support

I ran into the same issue today:

No idea how to fix this - never had this issue before...?!

Hi Everyone,
So far, it looks like it is account-dependent.
We have had a couple of customers help prove the point.
When this was first reported, we could not reproduce it.
I am in the UK and have three accounts, all working.
However, one customer with multiple accounts confirmed that two accounts gave the same error, but one did not.
Then another also confirmed that they could upload after making a new Gmail account.
However, another reported they had many accounts, and after testing five of them, they still got the error.
This also calls into question whether it is regional.
With the results we have seen, it does look as if it is account-related and would encourage people suffering with this to report it to Maps.
To report it, open your browser and log in to the affected account.
You will see a button, Manage account:
Under the Home heading, scroll down to Send Feedback.
Then report an issue.

I don‘t think it is account related - I submitted several thousand images with this account.
It appeared with the last version of Pano2VR and the adjustments to the new Maps API. I assume there is something wrong.
And: to send a support request to Google is like playing in the national lottery. The chances to get any valuable reply are very close to zero.
Wild guess: the enclosed GPS data is not in a format Google accepts.
At least the API reports: "status": "INVALID_ARGUMENT" - that doesn't sound like a problem with the account.
I tested with: https://maps.moomoo.me/upload
I got:
400: INVALID_ARGUMENT
Place Id 'CAMPING R...' is invalid.
So I used: https://geo-devrel-javascript-samples.w ... /app/dist/ to find the place id.
But also using PhotoSphereStudio - I finally got the same error:
400: INVALID_ARGUMENT
The image is not a 360 photo.
running exiftool -UsePanoramaViewer=true -ProjectionType=equirectangular .\image.jpg made no difference.

I stopped pano2vr and reopened the app again.
Now - after adding the 2nd account pano2vr doesn't load the accounts anymore: When I click the delete account button I got:
{
"error": "invalid_token",
"error_description": "Token expired or revoked"
}
