Bug with IOS on iPhone?

Hi!

There is a possible bug with IOS - at least on iPhones.

Description:
Hotspot-icons in a tour do have strange behavior. Icons does not move with panorama but stay on the same place on the screen when dragging the panorama (right, left, up, down, ...). Sometimes icons do vanish or are partly hidden. Very strage.

An example with this behavior:

- When viewing the tour on an Android-phone everything is OK.
- When viewing the tour on a PC or MAC everything is OK.
- Tested it with an iPhone SE 2nd gen and an iPhone 12 or 13 (do not know exactly).
- I use WordPress with the gardengnome-plugin

Some tours with very similar skins are working as they should on my iPhone SE 2nd gen. For example:

Some other tours aren't working. For example:

I have no glue why. Skin is more or less the same and all of them are working perfectly on PC or MAC. And all of them had functioned on an iPhone weeks ago perfectly.

The team looked into this and found that the Lottie file which is being used for the map pin is causing the issue.
If you replace it with a static image then it should work OK.

Thank You for testing.

I tried to change it but was not able to do it until now.

What I cannot understand is:
Why does it work in some tours and not working in others. My skin is based on the feather_box-skin. Which worked most of the time very well. Until now.
Tried a lot with altering some parts. For example:
- Unloading map/floorplan when closing: no instead of yes.
This sometimes made the skin working on an iPhone, sometimes not. No glue why.

It seems, that if I only use the map without the floorplan, skin is working.

As man can observe, when turning, hotspots vanish at an unvisible boder.
I have checked every element in the skin wether it switched to visible - for example containers which only do have functions which do not need to be visible.
I played around with the order of containers and elements without success.
This behaviour is only visible on iOs on an iPhone. Not on Android, not on a PC. Tested with different browsers on the iPhone.
And only, when not in fullscreen-mode. And fullscreen-mode is - as you know - a problem because on iOS the downward-gesture interacts badly.

I have to confess - I think the worst tour so far because of missing lots of nodes :-)
But here you can observe it for example.

I tested the first problem (not moving hotspots) with this tour a lot with. After playing around, now hotspots are moving, but now there is (as in other tours too, not in all and no glue why) the effect with this hidden wall.
What did I alter?
Honestly I do not know exactly. At least moving elements in the skin editor up and down, made everything invisible (like containers) and undload floor-plan and map automatically. Which now leads to the effect, that zoom-level of those are not stored :-)

And I think, when the hidden wall consumes more space, hotspots behave like they do not move. But I do not know If that's really the case. But somehow this two glitches have something in common I think.
