What output settings are best to avoid the gray download/preview background?

I have noticed that my tours sometimes don't load as fast when viewing online and then present the gray background screen. What do recommend settings wise to create fast loading and beautiful virtual tours for my clients?

Hi Jeff,
Last night when I looked at your link it opened almost instantly on my iPhone.
But this morning the link takes to a page that is under construction.
We have seen a couple of people with similar, one with Chrome, but so far in every case the tours are opening very fast for me in the UK and have not been able to reproduce slow opening projects.
