Dear all,

I have created a pdf hotspot that opens a pdf document. All works well when I generate an Output, however, when I review in GGPKG, the hotspot is visible but it does not open my pdf document.

Any ideas?

It tries to open the pdf document but fails with just a two side out line of where the document normally opens.

Also, when I drag the index file into GGPKG, it wants me to direct to where the pdf documents are. When I agree and highlight the individual pdf documents, it states that 'pdf1 already exists. Do you want to replace it?'.
I have to repeat this process for all pdf documents included in the project.
I have placed the pdf documents in the Output folder, in the Assets and includes folders within the Output folder. It doesn't make a difference?

Many thanks in advance

Hi,
How have you added the PDF hotspots?
Please go into detail.
You should just drag them into the viewer where you want the PDF Point Hotspot to show or add the PDF files to assets as found under the Advanced tab of the Web Output if you want to open from a button.
