My redesigned skin has a row of graphic buttons (toggle map, toggle thumbnails, etc.). Easy to use, but the symbols are not necessarily obvious. Standard solution is to have a text label appear when the mouse hovers over the button -- a tool tip.
There must be an easy way to do this, but I can't find it. Seems like it should be in the Properties panel for a selected button.

Just add a text box over each button making it a child.
Then give it the visible logic block, mous over parent.
