I have noticed several times when using Undo button in the skin that elements loose their position and size properties:

Any hint?

Hi,
Thanks for the heads up.
Please can you confirm which platform you are on, Mac or PC and also which version of Pano2VR 7 you are using?
Are there any steps that can reproduce the issue?

Yes, I also encounter this problem regularly. I can't find a solution, which is why I'm now looking at the forum. I'm using a PC and the latest version of Pano2VR, and I've been experiencing this issue for several weeks.

It's difficult to reproduce. What happens is, when I use the undo option, the position option becomes grayed out, and I can't adjust it anymore. The skin element then becomes unusable. The only thing I can do is delete it and start over.

Hi zien360,
Using a Windows 11 computer all morning and making sure I've been using undo using both the undo button in the skin editor and ctrl + Z, so far not been able to reproduce the issue.
To confirm using Pano2VR 7 Version: 7.1.5 64bit, Revision: 20954/6.2.12, Build date: Oct 17 2024, 18:41:09.
Testing has been adding both rectangle and text boxes, move then around the screen, then using undo.
Each time no issue.

It would be useful if you can identify which element you are using, SVG, Text Box, Rectangle etc.
Then which attributes you are changing and then undoing, and also how you are undoing, keyboard short cut or the skin editors undo button.
Also say if you press and hold the undo button and directly a place in history.

Any help with trying to find this would be most welcome.

Hi Hopki,

I've seen this a few times and I'm working on a Mac Studio 2023 running Sonoma 14.1.1

I haven't noticed it recently but I'll keep an eye out for it and see if I can give you some more information.

cheers,

Tony
