How to create a path line connecting a sequence of map markers

Are you referring to the Google Blue line?
Please give more information on where this should be seen.

Yes its similar to Google street view blue line. (But in attached image, we have developed an external code for connecting map markers)

So what we are looking now is, is there any way to do this in Pano2VR only?

It should be seen in Map window of Pano2vr.
