Hi Kaio,
Looking at your screenshots, make sure your cloner and text box are the same size.
If they are, please try a different browser, and also say which browser you are using.
Can you post your skin or a cut-down version that just has the menu here so we can take a look?
Regards,
Garden Gnome Support

Hi Kaio,
Using your skin directly with only a small title I was not seeing any gaps.
When I started to add more text then gaps did appear.
Noticed the project has Auto Size selected for both the cloner and text box.
Was there any reason for these settings?
Remove the Auto Size from the cloner and text box and that will close the gaps.

Hi Hopki, I was doing that so I could have a longer title, and not cut out like this

Just using your skin I can not reproduce the lines you show in your screenshot.
Can you upload your p2vr project file which has the title names in, it may be something there which I am not seeing in the skin.

Hi Kaio,
In your project, there is an SVG and are you using a custom HTML template?
In the project file, no template was selected which normally means you are using your own which is not in the project folder so it could not select it.

Using your skin and project file, and using the normal GGT, it is all working with no gaps?

If there is no solution probably gonna stick with the no auto size menu..

Here is the attachment with the project with the normal.ggt template

Can you send your support package as found under the Help menu to support@ggnome.com
Please make sure you select all the options.
We can then try to replicate the issue.

I am on a Mac and used Chrome, Firefox and Safari, your menu displays perfectly for me in all of these browsers.

Hi Kaio,
Thank you for your support package.
We have a Windows 11 Home, Version 23H2, Dell laptop which we used to test your support package with and again not seeing any gaps in the menu.
Please can you zip up and send to support your output folder that shows the gaps.

Also if anyone else is following can they download and test Kaio's files to see if they see gaps as pictured?
From your support package we see you are using 7.1.2, we also tested with this and the latest release 7.1.3 and again no lines on the Windows or mac computers. As an FYI also tested in Chrome, Edge and Firefox on the PC, all good.

As a thought, can you upload the output to your server and share the link, making sure you see the issue.
Here is the output of your support package LINK, do you see lines?

Hi, thank you for all the help, I updated the software , and now the lines and gaps dissapeared.

Probably is a issue with my pc since in your link I can still see the lines :( , but in my phone and other computers they don't exist.

Despite everything my problem was solved wiht the update. Thank you!
