Hi,

recently I took lots of panoramas in a hotel. The customer wants to start within the tour from several points. Like apartment, wellness area, restaurant and so on.
Does anyone know how to handle it?

Thanks Kay

Hi,
If you have used Pano2VR 7 then you are set to go.
You would use Direct Node Access which is on by default in Pano2VR 7 but needs to be selected in older versions.

It's not quite clear if you are looking for a technical way or a user interface way to achieve the goal. As Hopki posted you can use Direct Node Access to go to a particular node. However if you are looking for a more design based solution here is a tour that I did a number of years ago where the client wanted to highlight certain areas of the building.

My solution was to add a popup with a number of Tour Locations (see below)

As an example clicking on Facilities takes you to the Bike Storage, Locker Room, Shower nodes.

From there you can freely navigate to other nodes or if you select the Tour Locations button again you will see that you have visited the Facilities area and can select another location.
