Hello,
I have integrated an image into my tour using "ht_image", which should be displayed larger using a button after the preview. This button then calls “image_hs_popup_fullscreen”. This is actually a standard function of venis.
Now the image should be displayed in a large window above the actual tour. I also notice the background on which the image should be displayed. A heading can also be seen. But the background remains dark, meaning everything can be seen except for the actual image.
What's also strange is that it works locally as desired. Only when I create a package and upload it to my web space can I not see the image.
I hope I have written it in a way that can be understood.
I would be incredibly grateful for answers!

Hello,
Yes, of course, here is the link
https://deine-360-grad-tour.de/Steiner-Ellmau/
The tour consists only of a panorama. There are two images in this tour that can be enlarged. They are identified by a camera icon.
If you would like me to provide further information, I would be happy to do so!

Hi,
So it looks like the mobile version, that shows the large image when you click on the hotspot is loading from this location using the absolute URL.
https://deine-360-grad-tour.de/wp-conte ... praxis.jpg
https://deine-360-grad-tour.de/wp-conte ... beitet.jpg
On the desktop version, after clicking on the zoom button to show the larger version the hotspot is loading from this location using the absolute URL
https://deine-360-grad-tour.de/steiner- ... praxis.jpg but there is nothing at this URL.
Here's a shot from the Developer Tools > Elements showing the image URL in the text box.
When I view it in Developer Tools > Application I can see two instances of the image, the first is blank while the second shows the image
Can you make sure all your images are uploaded also take a read of this post viewtopic.php?t=8364

Hello,
Unfortunately, despite your help, I haven't managed it (yet). I uploaded the images manually to “my” server. But the big picture doesn't show up.
I imagine it so that the preview image is saved directly in the panorama and the large one is called up externally. I think it fails then because of the location of the image file. But I just don't know where to save them. (If I'm even right about that.)
I think I'll have to give it up for now and look into it again if I need it again.
Unless someone can explain it for someone like me...
