Change the height of a Drawer Container

Banging my head against the wall with this for a few hours now . . .
I want a button to control the vertical height of a drawer container. What is the process to do this?

Hi,
Do you want to slide up and down a draw or do you actually want to change the size or scale the container?
Maybe say what it is you are doing and what the end result will be.
