EBUSY error exiting Package Viewer on Windows

Using pano2VR 7.0.5 64-bit on Windows, I am encountering an error when exiting the Garden Gnome Package Viewer (Version 1.5.0). A large pinned video seems to be what provokes it. The error does not occur if I pin a very short 7 second test video.

A pop-up indicates the following:

A JavaScript error occurred in the main process
Uncaught Exception:
Error: EBUSY: resource busy or locked, unlink
‘path to my temp folder\my_video.mp4’
At Object.unlinkSync (node:fs3)
At rimrafSync (C:\Program Files\GGPKG Viewer\...\rimraf.js:306:17)
Etc…

Other than the error on exit the package works properly but the crash leaves a lot of files in temp.

Before I create a support package just wanted to ask if this is already a known issue? Thanks!
