Hi all,
unfortunately i have no iphone to check it up. But someone reported me a problem with iOs 16.4.1 on iPhone and this tour:
http://360.haifischbar.de/panoramen/bei ... it_debug=1

They told me that with ios on iPhone they only can navigate through the tour upto pano nr. 354, trying to navigate further gives gives a message "Fehlermeldung", not specified more precise, and they must start navigation from the beginning.

All other clients (os/x, windows, android) show no problems.

Build with p2vr 6.1.15, pictures positioned precisely with 7.0.3 (no more actions), then compiled with 6.1.15 again.

Have you any hints where i must look first to solve the navigstion problem?

greetings from germany
Chris

(and yes, my server has a slow connection)

Hi Chris,
When I open the tour on my iPhone and go to node 354, there are not other hotspots other than one to go back to 353.
Is this the issue, you can not see the point hotspot/arrow.

Hello Hopki,
no thats not the issue. I have been told that when comming to 354, there will be an error message that only says "fehlermeldung" and no more information. The virtual tour must be restartet to be able to navigate again.

I didnt have seen it myself, because i dont have an iPhone.

Hmm, must make a small bike tour to that iPhone to see it myself. Somewhere the next days i will have better, more precise information ;-(

greetings from germany
Chris

Hello Hopki,
now i know exactly what happens. You start the tour, then using the arrow navigation, click to straight on, left, left, strait on. Then the tour resets itself, and restarts at the beginning. See video.

If you need it, i can send the complete project folder (16 GB) and / or the compiled tour folder (223 MB).

greetings from germany
