Looking for FreeLancer support to Customize the skins

Hello,

we have a large project ongoing consisting of 1000's of images, we have published several tours already, but existing skin elements are not that much useful, we are looking for support in customization of skin elements like hotspots, dropdown menu, display if table of content, display of charts with dynamic data etc.., Do you know any third parties supporting on this or any freelancers that can help.
