Hi Hopki and everyone else,
this is maybe a very simple question, but I can't find the answer.
I have an image and text popup combined together. I can open it when I click on a hotspot und I can close it when I click on a close button. This works fine. But I would like to be able to close this popup also by clicking at any position in the tour (of course except where the popup itself is positioned).
I have attached you a sample of the popup element.
There are other elements in the skins where this feature works quite well (e.g. information hotspot).
Thanks for your help!
BR,
Benjamin

Hi Benjamin,
I added an active container to the skin so on popup open the container is also made visible/active.
This has the same variable change action as the close button.

Greetings!
Encountered nearly the same problem, but solution provided here has limitations. Need advice.
In my case there are several (15) panoramas without hotspots. All navigation is happening within a skin, 2 buttons: one opens simple map (3 locations) and another one opens dropdown menu (5 heights). Once any of those two selectors is open, I have to click some point on the map (or select height), then required panorama is loaded and current selector menu closes. But if I open the map, and then changed my mind and want to close it - seems logical (feels right from all UI experience, especially with mobile touch screen) to click anywhere else but map point selector, to make the map go away.
If I make another transparent frame or container that catches this click/touch, it works, but it blocks panorama from being controlled for this one click, I can't simply touch and drag panorama with an open map and see map closing, so I have to do an extra click/touch for this. If there is a way to set up action based on background (panorama) click, and background drag - please point me in right direction. Actually desired order of things would be:
Thank you.

Hi Anatoly,
Don't know if you found a solution for your background panorama click or not. If not take a look at this post I just responded to viewtopic.php?f=6&t=16264
Is this what you are after?
