Hi
I've followed the information in the below links to create a stand alone tour conatining pdf's and videos, problem i'm having is the sound doesn't play on the videos. Both great tutorials and what i need but any help with the video content sound would be much appreciated. I need my tour live by the weekend for an exhibition stand.

Hi,
I know your first post was about the desktop app, the NW-JS project, but your second post refers to the package viewer.
I have added a test package that has point hotspots to open a web page in an iframe, a PDF, and a video.
These work fine when used with the desktop package viewer.
Regards,

Hi,
Using the desktop app, package viewer all the popups display in the window?
What are you using to open the package?
Also which platform, macOS or Windows?

Hi Hopki
It was the package viewer not displaying pdf's, the desktop app doesn't play sound on video.
Slight apology though as i've got it working in the package viewer...i was running v13 and noticed an update to v14 and now it all works! I appreciate you looking into this, feel a bit stupid
