I like this kind of navigation where the connections with the nodes have depth effect and their size is adapted to the depth of the space creating a very attractive 3d perspective effect for the navigation. Is it possible with Pano2vr to create a navigation similar to this tour ? https://virtual-showroom.geberit.com/gisa

Yes, this can be done if your panoramas have location data so the hotspots know how far away they are from your current position.
As an example, the Hotspot Template can have a Scale Logic Block
Hotspot distance meters $(hDm), < (less than) , 40 (meters), Scale to 0.5
Hotspot distance meters $(hDm), >= (equal to and more than) , 40 (meters), AND
Hotspot distance meters $(hDm), < (less than) , 100 (meters), Scale to 0.8
S0 the hotspots below 40 meters will be smaller.
