Hello the forum,

My pc is brand new, so no bug with the pc, however this morning I am working on a virtual tour and I can not adjust the high and low level of the panorama, I click of course on adjust but it does not work either , can you help me solve this problem please? I have 2 late visits and can't move forward because of it.

Thank you for your help.

Hi, Alain.

Are you talking about horizontal leveling in the Viewer or adjusting the view in viewing parameters?

If leveling, you hold down the L key and adjust in the Viewer as needed. For changing the view, make sure you click "Set" (or right-click in the Viewer and choose "Set Default View".

Hello k.ary.n,

No, I'm talking about the high-low setting, that is to say, the visitor cannot go down or up the panorama while viewing. See picture.

Thank you for your help.

Sorry, it's not working for you, Alain!

To be clear, are you saying that when you click "Set" (Regler) next to both "Top" (Haut) and "Bottom" (Bas), that viewing limit is not being held on output?

I'm not seeing this issue in the latest version of Pano2VR. Are you using the latest version? It looks like you're on Windows, right?

Hello k.ary.n,

Yes, I am on Windows and I have the latest version of Pano2VR. My PC is new 1 month ago. I can restart Pano2VR several times but the problem is there. I am falling behind on my files and it is very damaging.

Bonjour Alain,

Try to clear the limits first (effacer les limites),
Then move top your picture (where you want) and clic to set up the top limit (régler)
Same to the bottom.

Good evening LaurentVR,

Thanks for your reply, but what I have been doing since this problem occurred, it has been 10 days since I started Windows again and pano2vr is the same. This problem needs to be resolved as my work suffers and I confess that I am in panic mode. My clients are waiting, but until when!

Thank you all for your help.

Hi Alain,
First, turn on the grid view.
Rotate the panorama until you see a vertical line in the panorama.
Then press and hold the L key.
The panorama should move to the horizon.
Now in equal measures drag the image left and right of the window up and down until the vertical line is straight.
Now rotate the pano about 90 degrees and do the same thing.
If it's not levelling then it could also be how the panorama is stitched.
Can you send the panorama to support@ggnome.com.

Hello Hopki, Thanks for your answer, I have created a package that I will send to support. Because even if I do what you said, I don't even have that green line.

Thank you for your help.

Good evening the forum and a very happy new year 2021.

My problem is still visible, Hopki I sent the panorama to the address you gave me about 1 month ago, but I did not receive any response.

Another very good year.

Hi Alain,
I don’t have any outstanding e-mails so I must have responded.
To recap your saying viewing limits are not working.
We do not have any other users with this and can not reproduce the issue.

Please try again, go to the help menu and select create support package making sure you include the project file and panorama using the check boxes.
Then send it into support@ggnome.com.

Hi Alain,
Thank you for your files.
When I opened your project I see you have varying top and bottom limits set in each panorama.
When the output was created this also uses the limits.

To help find the issue can you describe in more detail what happens with this project that should not?
At the moment it is working as it should with the viewing parameters set the way they are.

Tested with both macOS and Windows 10, not issues found.

Hello the forum, Hopki,

I just bought a new "Insta 360 One X2" camera which I am testing on pano2VR the problem is the same, I cannot adjust the leveling to adjust the low and high.
Photo 1
Here you can see 28.62 ° and -101.36 °

Which brings us to photo 2
You can see that I modified the top and the bottom: 13.62 ° and -59.06 ° I adjust the bottom and I click on "Adjust" then the top and I click on "Adjust"

But nothing happens it does not hang, I can go up and down as much as I want.

All of my equipment is new, PC and camera, many thanks for helping me with this problem preventing me from working.

Alain
