360 Video not showing on iPhone

Hi there,

I've created a tour with 360degree videos and exported it with several settings but it won't play any video on my iPhone 6s (ios13.5 latest) in VR mode.

Does anyone has a solution?

What is the resolution?
iPhone try 2048 x 1024px
I think I went up to 3840 x 1920px but I seem to remember it struggled.
Also, I used HandBrake to encode which as optimise for web.

Finally my video is playing @2048x1024 -> is there any known limit or should I test by myself for better resolution?


Although I unchecked "autoplay" video starts right after I entered vr. Is there any workaround?
