Point hotspot properties panel disappeared

I used automatic linking of all the hotspots in a large tour. For å few of the nodes I unchecked automatic linking in the Point hotspot properties panel in order to adjust the placement of a hotspot manually. But now I can not access the panel. It is supposed to appear when I add or select a hotspot, but this does not happen now.
Any helpful suggestions?

Hi, you need to select the properties panel.
This then shows the properties of the hotspot once selected.
