Feature request: Drag Viewer window horizontally

I can drag the Viewer window in all directions. It would be very useful if I could constrain the movement of the window thus:

1. Ctrl + Mouse drag - Window moves horizontally only (along the horizon line). This is similar to the ← · → arrow keys
2. Shift + Mouse drag - Windows moves vertically only. This is similar to the ↑ · ↓ arrow keys

This would help ascertain whether the current panorama is level, but has more control than the arrows keys.

Hi,
I will run these past the developers.
But anything vertical will be vertical no matter the tilt.
