Hi there,
I have problem with the preview node images, which are not displayed any more in my tour. I modified an old tour by adding new version of panos. I have choosen a new outputfolder for the new version. The preview images are placed into the images folder correctly, but then the previews are not displayed any more (see attached png).

What am I missing? Please help. Thank you!

best regards

Ulrich

Hi Ulrich,
How did you change the output folder?

Hi Ulli,
This sounds very odd.
So to run through it, your right button clicked on the output pathname, "output" and edit the path.
This is the way to do it as it also changes all the paths in the project.
Can you post a support package?

Hopki

Hi Ulli,
Found the problem :-)

When you changed the file path, you only have to edit the output path (RED). This updates all the other paths in the project that need changing.
Right button click on the file path and select EDIT. Use the dialogue box to edit the path (GREEN).

This will update all paths that matter. However, you must have manually changed the Images path which caused the problem. This should always stay "images".

This is always relative to the output.
You changed this to so it was one level above, so, ../panooptik2019/images.

If this was published on a server I guess it would have worked, however, Pano2VR's built-in server will not allow files to be accessed above the project file in the file tree for security reasons.

So in summary, only edit the path using the output path as shown in the first screenshot.
