Is there any workaround without the user having to physically activating the "Motion & Orientation Access" in settings on iOS?
I have a major global banking client that I've created VR tours for and who now deems them useless if the user must first be prompted to turn on the gyro on iOS.....

There is no way around this, they need to take on board that there is nothing you can do.
