I have compiled the virtual tour with the auto set hotspots which are visible on PC monitor but when entering the Web VR mode (Oculus GO or cardboard) I can't see the hotspots > example: http://www.burger.si/Italy/360/Italija.html
With the same skin as here: http://www.burger.si/France/360/2006/France.html hotspots are visible but some time is needed to be loaded to the "visibility". On the other hand like here: http://www.burger.si/Netherlands/360/vrp.html hotspots are visible immediately.
All "VR e-lessons" are hosted on the same server. It there a way to set the hotspots to load faster or "at all"?

Older versions (for cardboard only) "before Web VR" are 'smooth" with hotspots, like http://www.burger.si/Brazil/Iguazu/vrp.html (same server)

...addition: tours like to freeze randomly on the PC screen (compiled with the latest beta version of p2VR)

Hi Bostjan,
Just to let you know, not forgotten, I am out later so probably won't get to this until tomorrow, my headset is in the office.
Thus said opening your links with my iPhone 7 works ok, the hotspots loaded ok as well. As said will test on Android, and Oculus Go and Daydream later.

Hi Bostjan,
Last problem first, tours freezing up.
I have not seen this and this is the first mention of it.
Do you have a particular tour that freezes up?
If so do you have a link to it?

As far as hotspot images, this is down to the order of loading, currently, we load the tiles first then the hotspot images.
But speaking with Thomas he already has plans to load the thumbnail first.

I have figured out why the visualization froze - the problem was with a custom defined hotspot with action 'open next panorama' with dynamic linking to other locations within the same project. When it happened that the location was out of the project, e.g. http://location the pano with such hotspot froze when was opened. I solved that with the clone of that hotspot (renaming variables sure) and action 'go to URL'.

Hotspots not showing might be caused because tours are quite large (200+ > panos) and loading the spherical hotspot is slower - just my guess...

Hi Bostjan,
As said we will change the loading order so this will help.

Hi guys,

I am working in my project and I have tones of hotspots working OK. I add today a hotspot in the viewer for a pano and everything is OK. When I output the project the new HS is not visible at all but the old HS are up and OK. The same happening with any HS I want to add (info, url etc)What happening? Any suggestions? Maybe I change some settings out of my intend?

Many thanks

Try with "open with" 'the_other_browser" when opening the html output. The default browser might be still with the old cache - clear it and try.

Thanks, but I think is something inside the pano2VR soft not the browser. :(

Most of the problems I had were related to the fact that I created the skin (some are quite complicated), used it for years, then came the new version of p2VR and the logic changed and I needed to change that older skin or skin elements. Sometimes it is hard to seek what changed so kind a list of changes from version to version would be welcome (or it does already exist? ... but I didn't find it..)

Hi

The problem is that wherever I insert in the soft any hotspot in any panorama is visible in the viewer but not visible in output! Maybe Hopki could help in this issue.

Problem solved! I changed accidentally the vis_timer variable in the canvas from true to false which change the hotspots alpha from 1 to 0.! That was all the problem!

I usually use many different hotspots icons in p2vr skins. I wasn't aware until now that with Web VR only the hotspot which was on the top of the skin list is displayed. It that true or I am missing something?

Hi,
WebVR has no skin at the moment so it only uses the pre-programmed round rotating image.
