sorry for my bad English.
if I make a scroll area with width = 100% height = 100%
and in it a rectangle fixed in the top right.
Now the rectangle stops after the size of the sign.

is there a solution?

the white rectangle should be fixed on the right side.
Now it stops when I enlarge the browser.
