I want to delete projects from GSV but I receive reply "Error transferring https://streetviewpublish.googleapis.co ... atchDelete - server replied: Internal Server Error! ". When I remove one single panorama than it is ok. How to remove whole project?

Hi Bostjan,
Try selecting say 10 then click delete.
Then select say 20 and delete.

I am still receiving message: "Error transferring https://streetviewpublish.googleapis.co ... xBLWVzeVVR - server replied: Internal Server Error" ... with any project I tried. When I go to my account than I can delete it but only one by one ... very slow process. (Few months ago I uploaded about 1K panoramas to see the number of views ...btw ~ 8 million, but I don't see the "point" having views but no profit...).

Hi Bostjan,
I have moved this topic to the street view forum.
Please remind me, can you conform you are using V6.0.2.
This does seem odd and I am not getting any reports for this.

Can I ask are you using your own API key?
This is set in the Settings and under the Advanced tab.
Please see: LINK.

I am using Version: 6.0.2 pro 64bit
Revision: 17253/5.9.4
and my own API key, same as when panoramas were uploaded.

There was icon Project with "upload" "delete" icons... the upload icon worked but when I wanted to delete the project the mentioned error had occurred. I picked the single panorama and then "delete" icon - it worked. I picked two panoramas and the reply was with the error.
BUT then I entered the Street View Browser icon - the icon above the project and all my projects appeared not only that one opened on my desktop. When I tried to delete one project and again the error reply but when I extended thumbs and deleted the random panorama from the project then the project split to smaller projects, I continued deleting single panoramas until the project was reduced to as example ~ 20 panoramas then I was able to delete it.
In general my uploaded projects were with 300-400 panoramas so I just removed the connecting panoramas which caused the break of project to smaller which were possible to be deleted.

Hi there,

please can anyone help.
I have to delete an old tour and to upload a completely new one.

What I did the last days:
1. downloaded the old tour and saved the project (as it was from 2014, I did not create with p2vr)
2. deleted the tour in the street view browser

But the panoramas are still visible and online in g.maps.

Is there a way to solve that, is there a way to contact google?

The google forum I used 2 years ago, is not active anymore, is there a forum where a REAL HELP is supported by google?

Hi,
The forum you need is the Googles Local Guides: https://maps.google.com/localguides/home
Select Connect and then Help Desk.

All I can suggest is wait...
Or may be just take it down and see if will help in removing it before you upload the new one.
Not forgetting Google has many issues at the moment with tours disappearing etc.

Thanks Martin, for your hint and link to the google-forum.

But there is nor answer, no help.

Frustrating and disappointing - not the first time with Google.

If anyone here has a hint, how to get rid of the old panotour in g.maps; I shureley spend a beer or two ;-)
