black output

For some unknown reason that I can't fathom, my output on a particular job is completely black - no pano, no UI, nothing! Any ideas? I've been exporting the same settings on a batch of panos all day, all fine, until this glitch. The only variable is the pano input name, and that is simply "wigwam.tif" so nothing in the naming string like a "#" which I know can cause problems.....

Hi,

When I check the page using developer tools there are two problems shown.

Uncaught SyntaxError: skin_tour.js and Uncaught ReferenceError: pano2vrSkin is not defined at (index)

Can you check to make sure everything is in the right folders on your server. I'm not seeing any errors with the other files. It looks like you have some files in a folder called Scripts?

Hi Stalwart,

I had the same effect when I used the logic block with Tags - when I put these litte guys around the tagname I got a black screen. (Javascript error)

Maybe something similar in your skin editor causes the problem?
