gyro issues

I'm getting complaints from clients that the gyro feature is misbehaving (although I can't replicate) on Android and PC (only some PCs, I guess, as works fine on mine) whereby, when the tour starts, the pano pans to the ceiling...:

"The orientation wasn’t working On my screen kept defaulting to the ceiling... "

whilst writing, the "pop up" splash start image is also behaving wierd on iOS:



The pop up image, which is an external photo of the show home, appears to be behind the screen tint, and one of the UI buttons is in front....odd...

Hi Stu,
I sure I have posted this before but the 3D arrows don't play nice with other skin elements.
I would avoid using them if you have complex skins.
Im sure if you use the good old hotspot all your problems will go away.
The devs are aware of it.

Have commented on othe post re: the bug. What about the gyro issue?

I just tested the URL on my iPad Air in Safari and on my Samsung S8 in Chrome and the gyro was perfect.

I am also having gyro issues.

Could someone take a look at this on mobile, I cannot get the gyro to work. https://departments.providence.edu/V5Ou ... index.html

Any thoughts? This is a "blank" web server, no wordpress or themes.

We sent out a bunch of cardboard to students but the address I am actually sending them to has the cardboard disabled for now.
