Sorry if this has been addressed somewhere but I would like to make a tour of the inside of a house and I do not have a rendering of the floorpan since the house is older.

The house is too small on Google maps to make a proper tour of the inside.

Short of measuring each room by hand and drawing my own floorpan, is there a way to make an accurate tour of the inside of a building.

Thanks.

Hi,
I have moved this topic to the correct forum.
The options for this are the Tour Map or Floor plan.

If this is going to be an on going work then I would say invest in one of those quick laser measuring devices.
You can then draw a plan and use that when you get back.

Also does the Road Map give an outline of the property? If so can you use this.

For what its worth
We use an Ames Instrument laser measuring device. Fits nicely in shirt pocket.
Comes with a small case worn on belt.
It Works either in Meters/ centimeters or Feet /inches.

1"w x 4" long x 1" thick. Uses 2 AAA batteries.

Measures up to 30 meters (90 feet)
The screen shows 5' 3 3/8" distance pointing up to ceiling.
The small icon mid center left shows an antenna... but its an arrow indicating distance is being measured from top of device. Click again and it measures from bottom of device. It does some tricky things like accumulating distances.
