Unable to access my Google account!" Unknown Error"

Hi to everyone!
I bought Pano2VR Pro (425 € !!) for uploading Panoramas directly to Street view.
But everytime I try to connect my Google account I get an error message!
In the web browser the operation seems successful.
See attachments!
I am very upset about this!
Any solution ?

Hi,
Can I confirm you have created and set up your Google API key as described here: LINK
You after Key for Tour Map and Place ID.
If you have and still get the message please can you show all of the details.
Also a step by step on what you are doing, example:

• I open Pano2VR and select the Street View panel
• I click the grant access button, select my account and click Allow. I then see the success message and close the browser.

So what do you do next to see the dialog box?
All this helps to understand where the error is coming.
