How to prepare and upload a tour to Squarespace

Hello all. I am brand new to Pano2VR so please accept my apologies in advance if this has already been addressed somewhere.

I am looking for a simple tutorial on how to prepare and export my virtual tour and then post it on my Squarespace website.

Everything is very drag & drop for me since I only use Apple products and I am lost when it comes to writing code.
