Hotspot.png file is NOT created

Hello, I have version 2.1.0 and the hotspot file hs.png can not be created.
Pano2VR ask me : " No hotspot file!Should the hotspotfile '.\QD_hs.png be created? " After clicking YES, the file is not created.
There is probably error in the path of the file.

How can I force Pano2VR to create the file in a cpecific path??

The file is only saved if you save the whole project.
