When I enabled that the tour may be uploaded to Google I considered as there was no legal notice that Google is with the only right to display my images but not making money or promotion form my work.
What is actually the legal term/author rights when I upload my images to Google with the P2VR interface - where to find that please?

Here is Google policy page - Its a good place to start.

And Do I still own my images....

I know that uploading panoramas to the World Wide Panorama Organization uses CREATIVE COMMONS flavor.

IF you have not already done so... suggest watermarking, tagging AND branding your image with logo and © 1943 Bostjan . This way where ever use Google uses your imaging so goes your copyright and name.

When I place a [degraded type] panorama on the internet I consider it gone for ever. A degraded version is a very low quality so that no one would want to use it. IF they would like to have the original high quality version... then there is price and release conditions.
