Is there any reason why tour map should just quit working apart form user error. Ok Please include that as well.
It was working last night no probs but this morning no tour map will not open at all. You can see the panel changes colour as if trying to open it but nothing happens.

Hi Mark,
Its not "off screen" by any chance!
Have you tried selecting from the menu bar: Windows => Window Arrangements => Standard
Or Keyboard Alt + 1.
Regards,
Hopki

Well I have tried everything under the sun. Even reinstalled it. Still no go.
Windows did do an upgrade last night and I am wondering if that could be the problem.
Also it did open for a few seconds and flash up Network error code 3 then closed again.

If it looks impossible you just have not found the right angle to view it from.

Hi Mark,
Try uninstalling, then restart your computer.
Then run the attached registry cleaner to remove all settings.
Note you will need to enter your license key again.
Once done, restart and then download a new build from our website and install.
Before you enter your key in again make sure the Map is back.

Hopki

So so sorry for the late reply. As I became more frustrated I decided to format my computer and start again. This seems to have sorted out the issues I was seeing.
Think I must have had a visual c++ file not installed correctly or corrupt.
