Panoramas from a downloaded tour from Google have no image in Pano2VR

The panoramas have been on Street View for a couple of years now but I've just re-shot a few areas of the tour so need to add the new panoramas to the existing tour. I went to download the tour from my Google account, through Pano2VR but there are multiple panoramas that have no image data (they are marked on the map but when you click into the panorama you just see the Pano2VR gridlines) and some of them have just got half of the image and the bottom half is grey. I tried to download them again and I've rebooted several times but this is still an issue.

Can you offer any support?

Regards
Bevan

This is a link to one of the panoramas that won't load in Pano2VR. So it is live on Street View;- https://goo.gl/2pWEQm

When you open the street view browser do you see all the thumbnail images?
I have just checked, there is an open bug report on Google saying migration is not complete.

It certainly seems like the thumbnails are all showing.

I've tagged all my recently photographed panoramas with a '5' and deleted all the old panoramas for floor five. The tour no longer shows floor 5 but the new panoramas are showing as thumbnails and when you click into it floor five seems to be it's own tour by itself and not linked to the 6 floors of the tour. Maybe this is why migration isn't complete.

I did upload each individual panorama instead of uploading the whole tour because I didn't want to overwrite the existing panoramas with the blank data I seem to have downloaded. Maybe this is why floor 5 is showing separately.

I still have 28 panoramas with missing image data so not sure what I should do for the best.

This is a link to the new 5 floor that seems to be separated from the main tour;- https://goo.gl/gDTV6f

Try downloading say 10 at a time.
Wondering if its the fact that Pano2VR will try and download all the images at once.
If that works then try 50 at a time.
I know its a pain but if it then works we can do something about it.

I located the one panorama I referred to earlier (one of the 20/30 or so missing from Pano2Vr) in the cloud and tried downloading just that one but it hasn't updated. I still get the Pano2vr gridlines.

When I try to download just the one panorama I get this message

1 image(s) are already in this tour, they will be updated.
0 image(s) are downloaded and appended.
Continue?

I clicked 'Yes'

So what happened when you clicked yes?
Try selecting 20 or 30 panos then download.

When I click yes, Pano2VR seems to refresh (the map disappears and reappears very briefly) but then nothing. Gridlines remain on the panorama and the Street View browser window remains open.

17 then 12 then 18 then 30 then 6 images selected in groups and each time I tried your suggestion, the Pano2VR map refreshed each time but no changes to the panos half built or the ones with question marks.

Is there any other support system I can use that might be able to resolve issues like this?

I currently have a whole floor that's not showing on the main tour and I'm concerned that if I click on the 'upload project' button that this tour, I have stored locally, with missing panorama data, will overwrite the one currently displaying on Street View.

https://goo.gl/maps/s4jshDaGk1H2
https://goo.gl/maps/kU3jFQ7BZTB2

However, maybe this is my only, next option..?

If it messes up the tour I'll just have to rebuild the 30 or so missing panoramas and find where they go in the tour.

Not sure where else to turn so if you can point me somewhere I'm more than willing to look.

Hi Bevan,
If you open a new project file in a new folder and using your street view browser select all the images and down load.
Do you still get the same? Just wondering if it’s the migration problem.
I’ll also copy this to the developers.
For support the forum is a good place to start with other users able to chip in but if it’s slow then e-mail support@ggnome.com

Hi,

I have also been getting a similar problem, I wanted to update some images and blur out a couple of elements.

When I clicked on the images to download I got the same error message as the OP. I thought it was just a blip, but the problem persists.
