I was quite excited to see the new Pano2VR 5.2 go live and couldn't wait to load my first tour to street view!
However not being able to use the Brand Account following the guide Tony put together was a little disappointing (http://tonyredhead.com/pano2vr/gsv-branded-accounts)
I seemed to have found a way (rather long and frustrating way) but worked so far with my own account and upload -
1. Upload the tour using your normal Google Account within Pano2VR
2. Download the Street View App to your smart device
3. Click Profile and select your tour or 360 photo
4. Once selected press 3 dots and transfer rights
5. Use your Brand Account email found within - Personal Info & privacy - mine was matt-thomas-pho-7098@pages.plusgoogle.com
6. Confirm the transfer to which ever email is your normal personal email account
7. Wait and see the changes reflected in maps

It seemed to work for myself on this upload, so will have to test on others !
Thanks for your time

Just uploaded another tour using the same process and seemed work
https://goo.gl/maps/Zn3rvudpNA92
I guess this is the work around needed to list it for your business or brand account. On this tour I could have transferred to the business Parkfields as well
Hope this helps out some people

I only see one problem with this work around: As you can not log into the brand account there is no way to modify/delete those images.

You have a very valid point!! I have just tried to remove a pano via Pano2VR and whilst it doesn't appear on my main account, it's still live!
How frustrating!! Guess back to the drawing board unless I find out how to remove from the Brand Account....which I can't see at the moment

I've had a look around Google, accounts, maps everything.....you're right Thomas about not being able to remove. I really thought I was on to something!
Such a shame. Now the problem is I've uploaded the same street pano to my brand account and can't remove it. As my test wasn't successful in deleting it
Damn Google being such a pain and changing features.......
I guess the only thing is to stick with adding it to the normal account that just has my personal name

Hi Matt,
As I mention the tutorial only works if you have a Brand Page that was created when you could assign a password after that time you can't have a manage Street View images anymore.
I found myself in exactly the same situation. I work with a French cruising company called Ponant. They have a separate division called Ponant-Sydney Cruise Agency and they are the division I started working with. Now Ponant-Sydney have a Brand Page https://plus.google.com/+PONANTSydneyCr ... orthSydney that was created when you could add a password. In this case I can login, add Street View images or delete them. It works exactly as a personal page does.
After a couple of years working with Ponant - Sydney the home office Ponant, based in Marseilles, wanted to have the photospheres under their name which required me to do, as you did, a rights transfer.
So I transferred a test image to their G+ branded page and it worked fine. The original owner brand 'Ponant-Sydney Cruise Company' was superseded by 'Ponant' in the info box. As can be seen on the Google Map page https://goo.gl/maps/4R5QkWxAchC2
After finishing the test I too assumed everything was okay until I went to remove it and, like you, found out I couldn't! Also I tried to find out view counts and couldn't do that either.
With over a hundred photospheres to transfer and ongoing ones to publish I didn't want to be stuck without any editing options. So I looked around for a new solution and here's the result.
I'm not sure if this would work for you client but it's the only workaround I could find!
cheers,
Tony
I just came across this post and your frustration with the whole Brand Page issue.mattthomasphoto wrote: ↑Thu Aug 03, 2017 10:22 amI guess the only thing is to stick with adding it to the normal account that just has my personal name

- A branded 'Ponant' contribution panel: https://rebrand.ly/PONANT360-Photospheres
- Rights transferred photospheres with the correct attributes (Ponant and Ponant-Sydney): https://goo.gl/maps/7Edfqc1bhQ12
- A new photosphere with the correct attributes (just Ponant): https://goo.gl/maps/dsdUbGrTgpj
- The ability to see the view count in the contribution panel
- The option to create a profile on the Street View App (iOS and Android)
- The ability to add and remove photospheres from the list and mange them on Pano2VR
- First I created a new Gmail Account - ponant360
- Used this email as my G+ Page - Ponant360 https://plus.google.com/u/2/101660938892424160074
- In 'About Me' set up the page branding etc
- Used the ponant360 gmail to set up the Pano2VR Street View account
I'm not sure if this would work for you client but it's the only workaround I could find!
cheers,
Tony
