Integrate Youtube video as mp4 video

Hi,
I have a question if I could integrate youtube video frame as mp4 video (on the wall for example - link below).
If I work with skins then is youtube video still frame in the center or corner of screen, and not rotates with panorama.
I would like YT video is a part of panorama (on the wall, in the window or door) and rotates with vr360.
I'm searching for this solution for days and I haven't found nothing yet.
Please help me with solutions.

appears you have a done a GREAT job with integrating static (non rotating videos).

Question I suspect is can you integrate rotating videos replace those same static (non rotating video's).

First we (the forum) would need ask... do you have any 360 rotating videos already prepared ?
We would use a RICHO Theta S dual lens camera to take such videos.
Well we can use our Theta S camera to take such videos.
But they need to be converted to STREAMING version rotatable video's.
I am still learning how to to this technique.

Hi,

It's not about 360' video (ricoh theta or similar 360cams). It's about normal video, published on Youtube.
I would like implement youtube video (static, 2d) on the wall, as .mp4 is in this example:

Problem is, video has size a 0,6 GB and I have limit on my server. So I would like publish video on YT and then streaming it from YT to the wall - canvas for projections.
Hard to explain (i'm not very well in english)
It would be nice to preserve the functionality of .mp4 also in YT frame (click on video for full 100% screen, rotate with background - wall)

Hi,
Yes, sort of, you would use a text box on a hotspot template and then use 3D distortion, this setting is found in the hotspot templates properties.
The text box can use the iframe from YouTube.
Please see attached project.
Of course you can only pin it like a point hotspot so no fine adjustments.

This is what i'm looking for.
Yes one thing is missing - fine adjustment of XYZ, pan, tilt, but it's enough for my projets.
Next time I'll think on terrain how to shoot panorama (about place) where YT window will be and fine adjustments will not be neccessery.

Hi Borut,
If you using version 5.1, you can use the video element instead of the text box.
Makes it easier of videos from various locations.
Nika sounds good, any original stuff?

Hi,
Yes I'm using 5.1 beta version.
I worked with video element - .mp4. It's great to use video element. Fine adjustments and other things obout sound sourround, ambient ... , but my problem is that this video is too big. On my domain I have 5GB space limit. 3GB is full and if I make 3 or 4 projets, I'll lack of space.
So youtube is solution for my problem.

Testing: Here I rebuild musician event with hotspot - youtube iframe (only .mp4 before):
Big screen above the stage is implemented .mp4 video file of event 514MB, youtube video frame (same as .mp4) is on left - anyway recognizable

And here is diference:
- with mp4 video project: files size is 521MB
- with only youtube file: files size is 7MB

Is any other solution for a large videos that are too big for my server, domain? Or I missed something? (I think I checked everything , Skins with speciality and links with IDs are little strange to me - never have enough time to tests and study )

Pano2vr i'm using for years and congratulations on such a good and complex program. Version 5 is incredibly good!

Yes Nika is very good singer. She was 2011 in final in our country Slovenia of Mission for Eurosong. At the end she was second (nobody knows why??) but she 'won' for people. Then she get (from Raay production) the very popular song:

...and here is only youtube video in panorama, with autostart and some lens flares and photos on the walls and floor. Youtube is in iFrame in skin. This is best adjustment (in skin you have angle setting for frame. No settings for perspective correction for iFrame).
