Hello,

I viewed my site in Safari on a Macbook Pro in the Apple Store today. It looks fine on my own Mac Pro, PCs, ipad, android phone, but the scrolling was very jerky on all the MacBooks. I checked a range of specs and it was very poor on all of them. Has anyone else experienced this sort of thing? Here's a link: http://visual360.co.uk/new/education.html

The site is under construction, by the way, so there are some dead / inaccurate links...

Thanks in advance!

Hi Nick,
Im on a mac book pro and its very smooth?
I wonder what the download speed was as it could be tiles loading.
Im on a 5 - 6 MB connection and its fine here out in the country far from any high speed internet.

Hopki

Hi Hopki,

Interesting. I viewed on both a Macbook and Mac Pro in the same shop. There was a big difference in experience on the two machines. Hopefully, it was circumstantial. Can anyone else confirm this?

Cheers,

Nick

Hi Hopki,

Sorry for not replying. I have only just seen your post. I tested my page on a difference Macbook Pro in a different shop. It worked fine. I think you were right about the tiles loading.

Cheers,

Nick
