putting object into smaller window

I have a client I have given some project files that work fine on their own and the said they are having trouble putting into their project. Their "window" is only 500x 590 and the original file sizes are about 3000 wide and work and scale fine on their own. They've sent this mock up of the page they want it in and wonder if anyone has advice to do it easiest. Should I reduce size and constrain them in some way as I was thinking they could just use an iframe and it would work fine. Any advice would be great.

Can you post a link to the page where the object is but I'm sure its down to their web developers.

quick question before I speak with them. Is it the best way for them to simply post in an iframe in that space. Not sure if they use a content management system or not but will find out.

iframe is the easy way and to date I have never had any problems with using them.
