Weird Error message

Hi all,

A client is reporting a weird error message when they try to view a rendered test project I'm working on.

“error:type error: object doesn’t support this property or method"

I don't see that error in any browser of device that I'm running and never heard of it before.
I've yet to ask what setup they have, thought I'd ask here first in case there was a known issue somewhere.
Firewall or permissions at their end maybe? It is a user in a corporate situation but I hope it's nothing major.
