4.5b1 bug - multiresolition preview images not work

It seems that the last beta has a bug. Flash multiresolution shows always white squares during loading tiles. No Color, Grayscale, Sepia options work on the Download/Preview tab. The same panorama done in ver. 4.1.1 works fine.

Still not perfect. In flash multiresolution output, white squares are visible while panorama loading. They are also flicking after loading while moving panorama.
