problem in making pano

Hi,

I used trial version(Pano2qtvr). It is fine with park.jpg which i had taken from tutorial section but it is not giving desirable output with my Pano .I had uploaded project file Please tell me any setting required or may i use any other pano software to get rid of this problem .

Ah is the original take with a fisheye lens? Maybe not - I did download the .zip and look at the .mov.

It appears the original might be a cylinder like 400h x 5000w then at some point it was converted to a Spherical projected image like 1000 x 2000. At that point the 400 high image bottom and top are stretched to fit spherical projection - like inside of a soccer ball sphere.

Might be interesting if you told us your work flow.. what camera/ lens you used to take the image.. what software you used to stitch the image set, what software you used to convert the cylinder... to cube faces ? then convert back to sphere maybe??

Just guessing until we learn more about your work flow
